Computer broke down

Thats great. My 5 year old computer had finally fall sick. I was wondering weather I could get a new one within a reasonable price. For your infomation, I consulted a friend of mine and he said it only cost around Rm1.6k for a good and lasting CPU. I don't know what to do now. No money, very miskin now. :( sigh....
